We’re hiring a Press & Events Specialist for our global design team. You report to our Chief Brand Officer and work closely with Brand, Communications, and Marketing. You lead classic PR, media relations, pitching, press kits, and releases. You also design and deliver brand and product launch events around the world.

You thrive where storytelling meets relationships and experience design. You’re a natural connector who turns vision into press impact and unforgettable live moments. You’re the go-to person for all our PR and Events work.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute the global PR strategy, partnering closely with the Communications 
    Strategist/Copywriter to ensure consistent storytelling.

  • Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media partners 
    worldwide.

  • Write, edit, and distribute press materials (press releases, media kits, statements, Q&As).

  • Coordinate product sample send-outs, image requests, and feature placements.

  • Plan, organize, and deliver international product launches, trade shows, and brand 
    activations (in-person and digital).

  • Brief internal copy/creative teams and secure timely review, approval, and distribution of 
    all PR assets (releases, pitches, Q&As, speeches, press kits).

  • Organize (press) events aligned with the marketing calendar, digital campaigns, and launch strategy, together with the Marketer and Project Manager.

  • Own guest lists, send press invitations, and manage post-event follow-up.

  • Maintain the press contact database and keep media assets up to date and accessible.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in public relations and/or event management, preferably within the design, fashion, or lifestyle industry.

  • Proven ability to plan and deliver high-quality press coverage and impactful events.

  • Strong communication skills with an eye for design detail and tone consistency.

  • Excellent organizational skills — able to manage multiple projects and deadlines across markets.

  • Confident, proactive, and collaborative team player.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
